What does this site do?
This site is an attendance tracker. It will track attendance for any group or class. You can mark each student as present, absent or
tardy for every meeting. Everything is entirely web-based, so you can track attendance from school or work or home or anywhere you can access the internet!
You can also check out the Feature Release Calendar to check for new features.

This thing looks like it's free. What's the catch?
I initially created an attendance tracker for my lovely wife since there is no attendance tracking system
for her preschool class. Then I thought, "Why not open it up to the whole world?" So, here it is living on it's own domain and everything.
BUT, that doesn't mean it'll be free forever. Sign up now while it's still free and we promise new fees will only apply to new registrations. If you are already in the system you won't pay a single dime. Ever. Consider it a gift for helping us beta test the site.

What browsers are supported by MyAttendanceTracker.com?
So far Firefox 1.5+, IE 6+ and Safari have been tested.
I like it and I have friends who need an attendance tracker. Is there an easy way to share it with others?
Sure is. Use the referral form. The person you choose will be sent a link to the site on your behalf,
along with a short note from you explaining why they're getting an email from this site.
I need help getting started. Do you have anything for that?
Yup, we sure do have something to help you get started. Check out our Getting Started Guide!
I don't see a report that gives me what I need. What should I do?
Contact me. Since this site is so new I reckon there are a few reports missing. :) I will do my best to
add the report you need.
Site Features
Not all of my students attend every day, so I don't want to save their attendance if they're not here. Can I put them into an "uncategorized" box?
Yes, you sure can. There is an entry format that starts all of your students in an uncategorized box, and you drag each student to Present/Absent/Tardy, or leave them right where they are.
You can change your Entry Format in your My Profile area, under Entering Data, Entry Format.
Attendance data will not be saved for the students you leave in the uncategorized box and they won't show up on the reports.

Can I have students associated with multiple classes?
Yes, you can. You can do so by going to Manage Classes, and select the student icon (
) by the class you would like to add the student to.
You will be taken to a page that allows you to assign any of your students to that particular class.
